3. ORDERS & PAYMENTS
3.1 Order Acceptance – Your order is accepted only when we send an order confirmation email. We may cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
3.2 Payment Methods – We accept Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Bank Transfers, Net Banking, and Digital Wallets. Payment must be completed before dispatch.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
4.1 Delivery Times – Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout but are not guaranteed.
4.2 Delays – We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, natural events, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY
5.1 General Policy – We offer a 7-day return or replacement guarantee for eligible products from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
5.2 Eligibility – Product must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and tags intact. Must be returned in the same condition as received. Proof of purchase (order ID/invoice) is required.
5.3 Product-Type Variations –

• Electronics – Must be returned with all original accessories, manuals, and warranty cards; damages caused by misuse are not covered.

• Books – Eligible only if received damaged or defective.

• Cosmetics & Personal Care – Returns accepted only if unopened and sealed.

• Jewelry – Returns accepted only for manufacturing defects or damage upon delivery.

• Custom/Personalized Items – Non-returnable unless defective.

• Perishable or Consumable Goods – Non-returnable unless damaged during transit.

5.4 Return Process – Contact our customer support at support@primeshoppie.shop within 7 days of delivery. Provide clear photos/videos of the issue (if applicable). We will arrange a reverse pickup or request you to ship the product to us.
5.5 Refunds & Replacements – Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection. Replacements are subject to stock availability.

6. WARRANTY
Some products may carry a manufacturer’s warranty. Please contact the manufacturer for warranty claims unless otherwise stated.

7. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
